Gifts to The Campaign for É«ÇéÊÓƵ support our students, but they also help the university recruit and retain outstanding faculty like associate professor H. Leon Chan.

An award-winning researcher in the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy, Chan teaches financial and managerial accounting to undergraduates and MBA students. His research examines the information systems for internal control and corporate strategy, as well as the interactions between corporate managers, shareholders and other stakeholders.

Chan has received both the Outstanding Faculty Award and the Stiefel Award from the College of Business Administration. He was also the recipient of the Distinguished Researcher Award at the Allied Academies’ International Conference in 2009.
